Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how physical items, including merchandise, documents, and kits related to our programs (like NPHRS, Fellowship Honors, MARS and H2H – Hospital to Home), are handled and dispatched by the Indo-American (AMN) Health and Research Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Shipping Scope

Authorized Shipments Only

📦 What Do We Ship?
We only ship items directly associated with official participation, including:

  • 🎓 Fellowship kits & certificates
  • 🩺 Training materials for workshops, summits, or outreach
  • 👕 Official merchandise (Suits, T-shirts, gowns, lanyards, etc.)
  • 📑 Event-specific documentation and ID cards
  • 🏥 H2H (Hospital to Home) program medical kits and instructions

What We Don’t Ship
We do not operate as a commercial store. Therefore, we:

  • Do not ship general products or retail items
  • Do not process public or third-party e-commerce orders
  • Do not fulfill private or bulk requests unrelated to events or verified partnerships

📍 Note for H2H Beneficiaries
If you are receiving home-based healthcare services under the H2H – Hospital to Home program, your medical kit or supportive materials will be dispatched only after:

  • ✅ Patient onboarding & ID verification
  • ✅ Consent and treatment plan approval
  • ✅ Address confirmation through authorized personnel

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All states and union territories within India.
  • Select international destinations, subject to availability and clearance.

Participants outside India must confirm international shipping eligibility before order/payment confirmation.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): Flat rate or calculated based on weight and destination.
  • International: Actual courier charges apply and are communicated before dispatch.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order is processed.

4. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days after confirmation.
  • India Delivery: 5–10 business days.
  • International Delivery: 10–20 business days, subject to customs and local delays.

We are not liable for courier delays beyond our control, but support will be provided for tracking and resolution.


5. Shipping Partners

We use trusted national and international courier services (e.g., India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, DHL, FedEx) with tracking capabilities wherever possible.


6. Tracking & Confirmation

A tracking number will be shared via email/WhatsApp/SMS once your shipment is dispatched. Please ensure the contact and address details are accurate at the time of submission.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address,
  • Recipient unavailability,
  • Refusal to pay customs/import duties (international),

then re-shipping will be chargeable. We reserve the right to deny re-shipping in case of repeated delivery failures.


8. Loss or Damage

We take utmost care in packaging, but:

  • We are not liable for loss or damage by courier services.
  • Damage/loss must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.

9. No Commercial Use

Items shipped are for personal, educational, or professional use under our programs. Resale or unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited.
