CIN: U88900MP2025NPL074566 | GSTIN: 23AAICI0114L1ZW

This policy governs all transactions associated with the Indo-American (AMN) Health and Research Foundation (referred to as “the Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a Section 8 company registered in India. This includes fees for services like MARS 24/7, NPHRS, and sales of Merchandise and Donations.

1. Paid Services (MARS 24/7 & NPHRS Events)

1.1 Non-Refundable Fees

All registration, application, and participation fees for the following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Fellowship Honors (NPHRS) and related Regional/Home Country Meetings.
  • Mental Assistance Response Service 24/7 (MARS) therapy, consultation, or booking charges.

A refund will only be considered if a written exception is explicitly granted by the India Office of the Foundation. If the Foundation cancels a pre-service MARS 24/7 booking, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

1.2 Transfer and Deferment of Participation

🎖️ Fellowship Honors Conferment Policy

Final Fellowship Status is primarily conferred upon the participant’s physical presence at a designated NPHRS Fellowship Honors Ceremony (within the next official cycle).

  • Option 1: Attendance at the NPHRS Fellowship Honors Ceremony (Recommended)
    • Full Final Fellowship Status is conferred immediately.
  • Option 2: Attendance at a Regional Meeting or Alternate Approved Forum
    • If a participant attends a Regional Meeting or an alternate approved forum instead of the official Nations’ Plenary Health and Research Summit (NPHRS) Fellowship Honors Ceremony, they will first receive Provisional Fellowship Honors (or Provisional Honors).
    • Provisional recognition does not authorize the use of the formal Fellowship titles/suffixes (e.g., F.I.A.H.S.H, F.I.A.H.O.H, F.I.A.H.R.H).
    • Provisional recipients are added to the Transfer Participation Pool for a future NPHRS Fellowship Honors Ceremony (within the next official cycle) with no additional fellowship fee.

Path to Final Status After Provisional Honors:

To transition from Provisional to Final Status, the participant must fulfill one of the following:

  1. Attend the Next International NPHRS Ceremony: Join the next official International Fellowship Honors Ceremony to receive Final Fellowship Status.
  2. Receive at the Next Regional Meeting: The participant may receive Final Fellowship Status (for the past cycle) during the next Regional Meeting that they attend free of cost.

Regional Meeting Attendance Details

  • Complimentary Invitation: Participants are invited free of cost to attend the Cycle Regional Meeting where they will receive Provisional Fellowship Honors.
  • India-Based Participants: Must attend the NPHRS Home Country Meeting (Regional Meeting) to receive Provisional Honors, and must then attend the next official Ceremony in person OR receive the Final Fellowship during the next Regional Meeting for Full Status.

Important Stipulations & Requests

  • Use of Honors: Misrepresentation or misuse of Provisional Honors may result in disciplinary review and disqualification.
  • No Courier Distribution: No honors distribution via courier is permitted under any circumstances.

Formal Participant Requests

Participants may formally request:

  • Transfer of Fellowship Honors: To the next official cycle or an alternate approved venue (within 12 months).
  • Deferment of Nomination: Due to verifiable medical or emergency situations.

All requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.

Note on KYC Verification & Attendance: All individuals receiving Provisional or Full Fellowship must complete manual Government ID verification and in-person biometric fingerprint attendance registration at the respective venue for security and compliance purposes.
