This Refund and Returns Policy governs all transactions made through or associated with Indo-American (AMN) Health and Research Foundation (also referred to as “the Foundation”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including, but not limited to:
- Mental Assistance Response Service (MARS)
- Nations’ Plenary Health and Research Summit (NPHRS) Fellowship Honors Ceremonies
- NPHRS Regional Meetings or Home Country Meetings
- H2H – Hospital to Home Service
- Merchandise sales (including but not limited to Blazer with embroidered Fellowship Suffix (F.I.A.H.S.H / F.I.A.H.O.H / F.I.A.H.R.H), Embroidered shirts and pants/skirts, Custom Lapel Pins, Fellowship Honors Reissue Certificate (with gold seal), Engraved Pen with Foundation Logo, Personalized Fellowship ID Card, Fellowship Gown, Premium Notebook (Fellow Edition), Foundation Brooch Badge, Nameplate for Desk with Suffix, Custom Tote Bag with Logo, Thermal Mug with “Together for a Healthier World” tagline, Certificate Frame, Fellowship Sash or Stole, Signature Scarf/Tie with Indo-American.Org Branding, Digital Poster Package (editable), Fridge Magnet (Mini-Fellowship Certificate style), Foundation T-shirt (limited edition), Custom Passport Holder with Logo, Hoodie (Youth Mental Health Ambassador), Fellowship Scroll (Decorative Print), Customized Calendar (Annual Fellowship Wall Edition), Indo-American (AMN) Health & Research Foundation Flag etc.)

1. Paid Services (MARS, NPHRS, Events & Fellowship Honors, H2H – Hospital to Home Service)
1.1 Non-Refundable Fees
All registration, application, and participation fees for:
- Fellowship Honors (NPHRS)
- Regional Meetings / Home Country Meetings
- Mental Assistance Response Service (MARS) therapy, consultation, or booking charges
- All H2H (Hospital to Home Service) service fees are non-refundable once care has begun, In case of pre-service cancellation initiated by the Foundation, full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
are strictly non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written exception granted by the India Office of the Foundation.
1.2 Transfer of Participation
Under specific circumstances, participants may formally request:
- Transfer of Fellowship Honors to the next official cycle or an alternate approved venue (within a 12-month period), or
- Deferment of Nomination due to verifiable medical or emergency situations.
All such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
Important Provisions:
- If a participant is unable to attend the official Nations’ Plenary Health and Research Summit (NPHRS) Fellowship Honors Ceremony and instead participates in a Regional Meeting or other approved alternate forum, they will be granted only a Provisional Honor.
- Provisional recognition does not authorize the use of the following fellowship titles or post-nominal suffixes in any formal, academic, or public capacity:
- Fellowship of Indo-American.Org Health Service Honors (F.I.A.H.S.H)
- Fellowship of Indo-American.Org Health Outreach Honors (F.I.A.H.O.H)
- Fellowship of Indo-American.Org Health Research Honors (F.I.A.H.R.H)
- The fellowship status will remain incomplete until the participant is physically present and formally conferred at a designated NPHRS Fellowship Honors Ceremony.
- All recipients of Provisional Honors are required to attend a future full ceremony (within the next official cycle) to complete the Full Fellowship Conferment. This will be managed under the Transfer Participation Pool, with no additional fellowship fee.
- Any misrepresentation or misuse of Provisional Honors to suggest full fellowship status will result in disciplinary review and may lead to disqualification by the NPHRS Fellowship Board.
For Participants from the India Region:
It is mandatory for India-based participants to attend the NPHRS Home Country Meeting (Regional Meeting), where they will receive Provisional Fellowship Honors.
To obtain Full Fellowship Status, they must attend the next official Fellowship Honors Ceremony in person (within the following 12-month cycle or at an alternate approved venue).
This structured two-step process ensures transparency, formal validation, and the ceremonial integrity of the Fellowship.
❌ No honors distribution via courier is permitted.
NOTE: Biometric fingerprint registration and attendance, along with manual Government ID verification and geo-tagged photographs, will be carried out as part of the in-person verification process.
All individuals receiving either the Provisional or Full Fellowship must complete manual Government ID verification and biometric registration in person.
Biometric machines will be available at both the Regional Meetings and the NPHRS Fellowship Honors Ceremony. All participants are required to register and mark their attendance via biometric verification at the venue.
This data is collected strictly for security and in-person authentication compliance. Any publicly shared information will be masked and used solely for compliance, transparency, and administrative purposes.
1.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the rare event of cancellation or postponement initiated by the Foundation:
- Participants may be eligible for a partial refund, or offered a credit toward future events.
- The Foundation is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred by participants.
2. Merchandise & Product Sales
2.1 Return Eligibility
Merchandise purchased from us (e.g., gowns, caps, certificates, mementos) is eligible for return only if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The item delivered is incorrect (wrong size/item)
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Reason for return
2.2 Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
- You are responsible for shipping the item back unless the return was due to our error
- Upon inspection and approval, we will initiate a refund or send a replacement
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital downloads
- Items returned without prior approval
3. Donations
All donations made to Indo-American (AMN) Health and Research Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are tax-exempt under applicable law, and donors will receive a donation acknowledgment receipt.
Refunds for donations will only be considered in exceptional cases where:
- The donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions)
- There is a valid and documented case of fraud or misuse
Requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction with appropriate supporting documentation.

The Foundation reserves the right to reject any refund or return requests that do not meet the above criteria.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
This Refund and Returns Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
