No. Nomination and selection are merit-based and free. However, participation in summit logistics (e.g., graduation gown, ID registration, shipping of certificate packs) may require a logistics or verification fee, which is transparently communicated and never mandatory for award conferral.
NPHRS practices strict non-discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, nationality, ethnicity, disability, or age. Selection is solely based on merit, service, and impact in public health, outreach, and research.

Yes. Under verified emergency or medical reasons, participants may request:
Transfer of Fellowship Honors to the next NPHRS cycle (within 12 months), or
Deferment of Nomination with valid documentation.
Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled event for consideration by the NPHRS Secretariat.
A Provisional Honor is granted when a participant attends a Regional Meeting or an approved alternate venue instead of the official NPHRS Fellowship Honors Ceremony.
However, it does not authorize the use of formal post-nominal titles such as:
F.I.A.H.S.H (Health Service)
F.I.A.H.O.H (Health Outreach)
F.I.A.H.R.H (Health Research)
Full Fellowships are only conferred in person at the official NPHRS ceremony.
Provisional Fellows must attend a designated NPHRS Fellowship Honors Ceremony within 12 months to receive full conferment.
No additional fellowship fee is required if processed through the Transfer Participation Pool.
Such misrepresentation is treated as a disciplinary offense. The NPHRS Fellowship Board may revoke current and future honors and take legal action if needed.
Yes. Participants from India must attend their designated Regional Meeting to receive the Provisional Fellowship.
They must also appear in person at a subsequent Fellowship Honors Ceremony to complete full conferment.
