Awarded for excellence in clinical service and frontline healthcare delivery

Eligibility Criteria (As per Indian Guidelines):

1. Basic Qualifications:

  • Must hold a recognized MD/MS degree or equivalent medical qualification from a university/institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), India.
  • Must be a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) with a valid registration under a State Medical Council or NMC.

2. Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of active clinical experience in government, semi-government, private, or charitable healthcare institutions in India.
  • Proven involvement in frontline healthcare delivery, especially in rural, tribal, underserved, or high-risk areas.

3. Clinical & Public Health Contribution (Any one or more):

  • Demonstrated excellence in patient care, emergency response, or pandemic management.
  • Notable role in public health initiatives, awareness drives, immunization campaigns, or disease surveillance programs.
  • Leadership in community-based medical camps, health outreach programs, or innovative service models improving patient outcomes.

4. Ethical & Professional Conduct:

  • No history of disciplinary action or malpractice.
  • Should uphold the ethical guidelines set by the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002.

5. Additional Considerations (Optional but Desirable):

  • Recommendations from senior medical professionals or institutions.
  • Prior recognition by health departments, medical associations, or reputed NGOs.
  • Participation in national health missions or disaster response teams.

ReissueFellowship Honors Reissue

✅ Conditions for Reissue of Fellowship Honor Certificate (with Gold Seal):

  1. Loss or Damage:

    • Original certificate must be reported as lost, damaged, or irreversibly altered.

    • A signed declaration or visual proof (e.g., photo of damaged certificate) may be required.

  2. Correction of Personal Details:

    • Reissue is permitted for minor corrections (e.g., spelling errors in name, designation, suffix).

    • Supporting government-issued ID or relevant documents must be submitted.

  3. Upgrade from Provisional to Full Honor:

    • Participants who received a Provisional Fellowship Honor and later completed the full ceremony requirement are eligible for a reissue with the gold seal.

  4. Delivery Failure by Courier:

    • If the original certificate was never received due to verified courier issues, a free reissue may be approved once.


💰 Reissue Fee:

  • A nominal administrative and production fee may apply (₹1,500 INR).

  • Includes: printing, new certificate ID, gold seal emboss, and tracked courier delivery.


🔒 Important:

  • Only one reissue per fellow is allowed per fellowship cycle (except for upgrades).

  • Misuse or fraudulent requests may result in disqualification from the fellowship.
