This Shipping Policy describes the manner in which physical materials, documents, kits, and merchandise associated with official programs and initiatives—such as NPHRS, Fellowship Honors, MARS, and Nova Hikari (光)—are processed, dispatched, and delivered by the Indo-American (AMN) Health and Research Foundation (“Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Shipping Scope

Authorized Shipments Only

The Foundation ships only official materials directly related to verified participation in its programs and initiatives.

Items Eligible for Shipping

📦 The following items may be shipped, as applicable:

• 🎓 Fellowship kits, certificates, citation folders, and official insignia

• 📚 Training and program materials for workshops, summits, conferences, or outreach initiatives

• 👕 Official Foundation merchandise (e.g., suits, gowns, T-shirts, lanyards, badges)

• 📑 Event-specific documentation, identity cards, and participation kits

• 🌏 Program materials associated with Nova Hikari (光) and other authorized initiatives

Items Not Eligible for Shipping

❌ The Foundation does not operate as a commercial or retail entity. Accordingly, we:

• Do not sell or ship general consumer products

• Do not process public or third-party e-commerce orders

• Do not fulfill private, bulk, or personal requests unrelated to verified programs, events, or institutional partnerships

2. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to:

• All States and Union Territories within India

• Select international destinations, subject to courier availability, regulatory clearance, and destination-specific restrictions

International participants must confirm shipping eligibility prior to payment or dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

• Domestic (India): Flat-rate or weight/destination-based charges, where applicable

• International: Actual courier charges, communicated prior to dispatch

All shipping charges, once processed, are non-refundable.

4. Processing and Delivery Timelines

• Processing Time: 3–7 business days after confirmation

• Domestic Delivery (India): 5–10 business days

• International Delivery: 10–20 business days, subject to customs clearance and local regulations

While the Foundation facilitates dispatch and tracking, it is not liable for courier delays beyond its control.

5. Shipping Partners

We engage reputed national and international logistics providers, including but not limited to India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, DHL, and FedEx, with tracking facilities wherever available.

6. Shipment Tracking and Confirmation

Upon dispatch, shipment details and tracking information will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Recipients are responsible for ensuring that all contact and address details provided are accurate and complete.

7. Undeliverable Shipments

In the event that a shipment is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Recipient unavailability

• Non-payment of customs or import duties (international shipments)

Re-shipping, if approved, will be chargeable. The Foundation reserves the right to decline re-shipment in cases of repeated delivery failure.

8. Loss or Damage

While all items are packaged with due care:

• The Foundation is not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party courier services

• Any damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for review and assistance

9. Non-Commercial Use

All shipped materials are intended solely for personal, educational, or professional use under Foundation programs. Resale, duplication, or unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited.
